Time slots you can schedule:

5am-7am, 9am-11am, 1pm-3pm, 5pm-7pm and 9pm-11pm.

We cannot guarantee an exact appointment time. We start at the beginning of the time slot and work our way from the clients furthest to us to clients closest to us. This gives us the ability to serve everyone as well as gives us a buffer time to deal with unexpected events that occur and traffic, as well as gives us time to care for our own pets.

Add-on services available. Walks will take place in your neighborhood unless otherwise discussed. Any travel will include additional charges. There will be an additional $15 per extra dog, $5 for puppies under 1 year old, and $5 on holidays. Within 10 miles of our home is included in price. Travel time over 10 miles will include a mileage fee of $1 per mile. We walk rain or shine! If there is inclement weather like heavy storms or icy conditions, I will get in contact with you to reschedule for later in the day or a different day.

Great for puppies who need to be let out and fed mid-day, elderly pets who need a little extra TLC, when you're on vacation and want your pet to be in the comfort of their own home, or for any busy pet parent who just needs a little help.

Add-on services available. Drop-ins will be performed in your home. Service includes things like feeding, water refills, potty breaks, medication administration, cleanup and anything else your pet may need while you are away. Visits always include playtime and snuggles. There will be an additional $15 per extra pet, $5 for puppies under 1 year old, and $5 on holidays. Any visit that requires time over the requested time slot will include additional fees. (Ex: You request a 30 minute visit, but your pet makes a big mess that takes us an extra 15 minutes to clean up- you will be charged for a 45 minute visit) Within 10 miles of our home is included in price. Travel time over 10 miles will include a mileage fee of $1 per mile.

pet waste cleanup

Great for busy pet parents or those that just don't enjoy the mess. We can also service apartments, boarding facilities, vet clinics, etc.

Service may be added onto Drop-In visits for a discounted rate but must be scheduled in advance. Bi-Weekly, Once Per Week, and Twice Per Week services must be scheduled and paid in advance. No refunds will be given for cancelled appointments, however you may reschedule a service within the same week.

Pet Taxi

If you have too much on your plate, or maybe you've lost access to transportation, we can drop your pet off for their grooming appointment, vet check-up, doggy daycare or anywhere your pet needs to go.

Mileage is the total distance from your home to the destination and back to your home. If you live more than 10 miles from us, there will also be an additional $1 per mile fee over 10 miles. Additional $10 for each additional pet. Service includes pick-up and drop-off. Waiting on pets will involve an extra fee. A carrier for cats is required. A crate is also recommended for small to medium sized dogs, but not required. Our vehicle has a restraint system for any dog without a crate. Any damage done to the vehicle will be charged to your account. We are not responsible for vet, groomer, daycare, or any other fees. Please make arrangements with your service providers before pick up.

*No pets will EVER ride in the bed of the truck. Even if you request it. Our truck is a crew cab with ample space for even the largest of dogs.

Nail trims and baths can only be performed on pets that allow us to do so. For pets who are too difficult for us to do on our own, you are welcome to help hold them or we will otherwise not charge for the service and direct you to a groomer. We will not force pets into something that causes them too much stress, but we are happy to work on desensitizing them to the dremel for a fee. We do NOT perform nail trims with clippers as we believe they are too dangerous for our comfort. If you'd like nail trims without other services, a mileage fee will be included.
We are NOT certified dog trainers. We offer these services based on our skillset and experience working with dogs in our career. We are confident we can help with basic skills, but we do not offer training beyond that. Any behavioral issues will have to be handled by a certified dog trainer. We cannot guarantee your dog's success. You need to be consistent with training at home to see the best improvements. We are happy to go over these things with you and help you work on these skills yourself. We only use positive reinforcement for clients. We do not offer these as stand-alone services.
Add-ons will extend walk or drop-in time. We don't offer add-ons for 20-minute visits.
Rates for waste cleanup are ONLY for add-on to Drop-In. For Cleanup outside of Drop-In Visits, please refer to the rates above.
Litter Box Cleaning includes dumping of contents, sanitizing litter box and refilling with new litter. You must provide the litter. More than 2 litter boxes will include an additional fee.
Regular litter box scooping and picking up after your dog while we are there is automatically provided in drop-in service and dog walking.

Meet & Greets are required for Dog Walking and Drop-In Visits. This is so we can make sure we are a good fit and go over any important information you have for us including behavioral issues, medical conditions, allergies, and any additional tasks you need from us, as well as obtaining a key or code to enter your home.
You must fill out our new client form and sign our service agreement to begin services. You can find that on our Forms page or click here.
We will provide pictures of your pet at every visit. We will send these via text, and you can also see extra photos and videos on our Facebook and Instagram.
To get the quickest response, please Text or Email. We get poor service in most areas, and don't answer our phone when we are with other clients.

Payment & discounts

First-time clients may receive 50% off first Dog Walk or Drop-In. This can only be used once per household.
We offer a 10% Military Discount with a valid DoD card for Active Duty Service Members and their spouses.
Referrals will receive one free service, for both the New Client and the Existing Client.
First time Dog Walking and Drop-Ins requires payment up front, and after that you can choose whether you'd like to continue paying up front, daily after service, or at the end of the week or end of services if you are out of town. We can accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal and Square.
Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of future services as well as a 10% late payment fee added to your account. If you choose to pay by invoice at the end of the week, payment is due before the next week's services begin.

We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations OR a recent titer for all dog walking, pet sitting and pet taxi clients. You will have the ability to upload those to your New Client Form. If you have any issues please contact us.
We are unable to serve sick pets or walk injured dogs. Please reschedule services if you notice your pet is sick.
We do provide treats during Drop-Ins and Dog Walking. If your pet has any allergies, sensitivities or other restrictions, please let us know and we can offer a different type of treat or refrain from treats altogether.
In extreme heat, dog walks will need to be performed in the morning or late evening or you may schedule a drop-in visit instead.
We will NOT use retractable leashes, choke chains, head halters/gentle leaders or e-collars. Appropriately-fitting flat collars, prong collars, martingale collars, slip leads and harnesses are acceptable. If you don't have any of these, or we notice your equipment is damaged and we don't feel safe using it, we will use our own slip leads or martingale-style slip leads.
We can use owner-provided basket muzzles if you feel it is necessary for your dog. We will not use a muzzle that restricts your dog from panting or drinking water.
We can work with some behavioral issues. However, if at any point, we feel your pet is a danger to us, themselves or the public, we will stop services immediately and contact you with details.

cancellation & late notice policies

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, there is no fee. If you pre-paid, you can get a refund or roll it onto a different day.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of 50% of the service will be applied to your account.

Last Minute Booking

We do not normally accept appointments less than 24 hours in advance. In the event that we do accept it, there will be a $10 fee for short notice in addition to the regular service charge.
